A Sure Grant on a Surgery
Depending on the balance of the account, cash grants will be offered to the account holder or a member of the immediate family* who has undergone surgery. Immediate family members are entitled to claim only under this category. The grant will be offered as a reimbursement of surgical expenses. Hospitalization without surgery or investigations will not qualify for claims.
Supporting documentary evidence of the surgery will be required at the time of claim.
*Immediate family:
If the account holder is married - Spouse and unmarried children below 18 years of age, if the account holder is unmarried - parents and unmarried siblings below 18 years of age.
